Gordon's increased tax on petrol

As has been widely reported today, the tax on petrol has risen to £0.65 per litre, that's around £3 a gallon in real terms. John Redwood has come up with a brilliant idea "It’s high time the petrol companies put the tax on the bill and on the pump price so all could see the extent of the great fuel rip off. Some people think high fuel prices are about the policies of oil companies - in the UK they are about a greedy government."

So come on, which British oil retailer has the nerve to do this first, obviously not BP who are in the pocket of the Labour party but surely someone else could do it. Failing that how about a sticker campaign at all garages putting stickers proclaiming the amount per litre that goes to the Treasury compared to the retailer etc. Since a litre of unleaded is all but £1, a nice percentage chart would equate to pennies and be easy for the public to understand. Can anyone design such a sticker?
