Gordon Brown's tactical vision was shown up for what it is today, he highlighted an e-petition on the Downing Street Web Site calling for an election and told everyone that it only has 27 signatures - now guess what happened next? Yes, suddenly people know about the petition and are signing it. Now didn't a similar thing happen with the road pricing petition? The man has the tactical adeptness of Avram Grant. We all know the government will ignore this petition just like they ignored the road pricing one but it is another stick to beat them with when they next claim to be listening to the public.
