Do as we say not as we do (part xx)

This time its Ed Miliband's waste of space department the Department for Energy and Climate Change who according to The Telegraph have scrapped plans to switch off the air-conditioning and instead open windows after staff complained about the noise. It seems that:
"The trial was abandoned after three days because staff at the department complained about noise from construction works, "the wrong kind of breeze" and the potential security risk."
Do as we say, not as we do; business as usual at the Department for Energy and Climate Change.

For the avoidance of doubt; this country desperately needs an effective energy strategy to encompass efficient generation and waste saving, what it does not need is a climate change strategy.
