An idiot abroad on "the Broads"


A 5mph speed limit, enjoined to drive responsibly?

Mind you I had never realised that an inflatable would do that if left unmanned.

I feel slightly sorry for this young person.
As this is pretty much normal behaviour on the Norfolk Broads.
Unfortunately this person was filmed most are not.
The Broads is very lightly policed and law enforcement is almost non existent.
