Labour's Chuka Umunna knows the 'UKIP vote not about Europe'

Labour's would be Barack Obama doesn't have to listen to the public who voted for UKIP, he knows that the "UKIP vote wasn't about Europe". These arrogant Labour (and Conservative and Lib Dem) politicians will just not listen, because to listen would be to have to realise how much this is about the EU.
