Lewis Hamilton in Fuji

Lokks to me as though at the right hand corner, Lewis Hamilton starts a bit wider than the safety car, then tightens his line dramatically just as the safety car srtats to enter the left hand bend that follows on in the complex. Thus Lewis Hamilton found himself coming almost alongside the safety car as the safety car started to turn left, Lewis Hamilton's car being somewhat faster than the safety car and not easy to drive slowly. Lewis Hamilton found himself in a tricky position, he must not overtake the safety car whatever happens so he brakes, a bit too hard, as he goes wide in the left hand corner and then finds that there are two cars following the tighter line around the corner about to overtake him on the inside. As he tries to get back behind the safety car, the two drivers coming inside him have to brake sharply as they must not overtake him and so crash.

My verdict would be sloppy driving by Lewis Hamilton and a warning should be issued to him as to future driving.
