I don't know what it is but something seems a bit "off" about this young girls story. No matter what I hope the complete truth comes out from all sides.

I will admit that I may be wrong. I'm just speaking on the clips I've seen of her and everyone involved

Rifqa,you have no business to run down our beautiful,easygoing,friendly country,which is Sri Lanka.Its a Buddhist country.Majority.Second are Tamils.The rest of us,Muslims,Christian,and several othe religious groups,are minorities.Im a Muslim.My best friends have been Chritians,and Buddhists.We live a happy go lucky life.All those who live out of Sri Lanka,never forget their "Mau Bima".At home we speak mostly in Sinhalese and English and some Tamil.
Child,are you hallucinating?You talk with such conviction about honor killings in Sri Lanka?Even as you lie,lie well.Not talk stereotypical hogwash.Who is that prompting in the background ha?Never ever has there been an honor killing in the History of SriLanka.The people who taught you these,do they know anything about Sri Lanka?And where may I ask is this infamous Asylum?
Ok.woman to woman Im challenging you to provide proof of your allegations.I dont live in Sri Lanka.BUT Srilanka lives in me.That is how we all are.I know your family personally.They are gentile,educated people.If needed I will vouch for your dad at any time.
I want the whole of Sri Lanka to know about this.As far as I am concerned you can be anything you want.But dont you ever try to blacken the name of Sri Lanka.
You speak well enough.But to lie like this about our country?Are you out of your mind,Are you Neurotic,are you insane or are you an excellent Actress?Your voice breaks.It reaches a tempo,You cling to that older man and y6ou sob.But honey where are your tears.Dont try to fool a Sri Lankan ok.
You my dear will not have even one nights peaceful sleep until you clear your allegations,about our country and your dad.I care for your parents and siblings not because they are Muslims,but because they were born in Sri Lanka.
This tiny Island of ours has a history of over two thousand five hundred years.We have overcome foreign rule.The Muslims fought against the aliens,side by side with their Sinhala brothers and sisters.So,be a Chritian,we also acknowledge jesus as a great prophet.We call him Eesa Nabi.
Tell your stupid kidnappers that they can try to pull a fast one with some of their ilk.But Hello.not with us the Lions and lionessess of Sri Lanka..AYUBOWAN

rifqa i would like to tell your doing a treble mistake in your life.if it wasn't for your father you wouldn't be even living in America and also if it wasn't for him you wont be living with all what you have for 17 years he had looking after you and you say he will kill you how could you..its your faith live with it.its your rights but don't give a hard time to your poor mother who raised you and looked after you.back in sri lanka everybody is worried about you,,dont you care..you trust plp you met few weeks back than your own family..and also i would tell you that is ur wish which religion you want to be but dont disgrace are country, you were born in...did you forget your past..

very true. I heard from a relative of rifqa bari that her dad left Sri Lanka to operate her eye.
so unfaithful. how can u hurt the people who gave birth to u?
