Westminster car crash: Man arrested on suspicion of terror offences per BBC News, can you spot what they've omitted from the report?

This BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45180120 on the incident in Westminster includes this description of the person arrested at the scene:

'Images posted to social media showed a man in handcuffs being led away from the car by officers after the crash.'

'Described as being a black male in his late twenties, the driver is reported to have been arrested for suspected terrorism offences and was seen being led away in handcuffs by officers.'

The Times report:
'A man has been arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences after a car ploughed into pedestrians outside the Houses of Parliament this morning.

Armed police dragged out the driver of the silver hatchback that careered into a barrier at about 40mph, hitting two people just after 7.30am. Witnesses described flames and smoke coming from the car. A black man in jeans and a puffa jacket was seen being held by about a dozen officers as emergency services rushed to the scene and police put in place a "terrorism act cordon" around Parliament Square, extending down Whitehall. '

The Guardian omits the same piece of information as the BBC:

' A man has been arrested on suspicion of terror offences after a car crashed into a number of cyclists and pedestrians before hitting security barriers outside the Houses of Parliament in London, police have said.'

Interesting how the left mind works.
