German Anti-Semitism Chief Tells Jews: Your Fears over Influx of Muslim, Arab Refugees Legitimate

'The German government's first special envoy to the Jewish community has warned that Jews' fear over the influx of Muslim, Arab refugees is legitimate.' 

If it is legitimate for German Jews to fear the influx of Muslim, Arab refugees into Germany, is it also legitimate for British Jews to fear the influx of Muslim, Arab refugees into the UK? If not, why the difference? Could anyone ask that question of our political leaders and the opinion formers at the BBC?
