Not my view but that of Bidisha in The Guardian as she bemoans the porn industry influenced fad for women removing their pubic hair. As Bidisha asks 'Why are we imitating porn stars and shaving our pubic hair?' Why indeed.

At the risk of incurring (mainly feminist) wrath, I humbly suggest that both sexes should consider whether exposure of what lies underneath the "modesty blanket" of pubes is improved or worsened by exposure. Without being too specific, some bits are more beautiful that others and aesthetic considerations, not necessarily razors, should be applied to these sensitive areas.
